Lamp Leaders

Lamp
Elder/Minister/officers

1. A device that produces electric light.

2. device producing light: a device that burns oil, gas, or wax to produce light.

Lamps are lights that light up certain areas in a room. Usually, lamps are strategically placed in areas of a room where a more direct lighting is needed. These lights will not illuminate the whole room unless they are set in position to do so. The lamp is a great accompaniment to the room light and will only add more light to what the room light is already displaying. When the room-light is on, the lamps are more humbled and under the authority of the room-light. But when the room-light is off the authority falls solely upon the lamps to illuminate the room and keep darkness at bay. If both the room-light and the lamps are off, the authority is left to lesser lights if they are available.
But smaller lights, like the nightlight; are much dimmer and do not have enough power to illuminate a room. So darkness is sure to come and it will dominate.

“When light fails, darkness prevails immediately afterwards”.
Lamps are humble lights. Most lamps come with shades, shutters or switches and special bulbs that allows for them to be adjusted from a dimmer to a brighter light. When a greater light is on, the lamp can be shaded, dimmed, shuttered or simply turned off. But when it’s time for the lamps light to shine brighter, it simply needs to be un-shaded, un-shuttered or adjusted to shine at it’s brightest capability.
At times, the lamp must be allowed to freely illuminate to make sure that darkness doesn‘t fill the room.

There are several types of lamps made to be used specifically for certain jobs. For example, the spot-light is a very powerful lamp that displays a focused beam of light that can be directed at will. Headlights or headlamps; are lights that are found on automobiles and are used to light up dark pathways or roads.

Glowing Light

GLOWING LIGHT
Deceiver
For such are false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into the apostles of Christ.
And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light.
(2 Cor. 11:13-14)

Definition: a soft steady light, especially one without heat or flames.
Ex: the glow of the neon lights.

Definition 2: a soft warm reflected light.

Deception
Intentionally trick or mislead somebody: to mislead somebody or hide the truth deliberately.

Like the nightlight; the glow light also needs darkness to shine. But there are some very distinct differences between the two lights. As a matter of fact; the glow light has a distinct difference from the other lights all together. And that is, that the glow light doesn’t have to be plugged into a greater power source to display it’s light. The glow light is false and doesn’t have any true power of it’s own. Instead, the glow light draws heat from the other lights which are plugged into a greater power source . This misleading light only has power to take and manipulate the interpretation of light given off by a true light. Then when darkness comes, the glow light will begin to display it’s own interpretation of light which often promotes pleasure and indulgence.

There are many leaders in the church that fit’s the description of the glow light. These “religious” leaders motives are uncertain. And the messages they give are not likely to be rooted in sound doctrine(teaching). Instead of getting connected with Jesus; Who is The Light of the world and everlasting true light of all mankind and all creation(John 1:5-6): and getting a revelation straight from Him, they would rather glean messages from other leaders and then spin those messages to fit or back up their own shadowy purpose.

Nightlight Leaders

The Nightlight
Comfort and security

Description: A small light on at night: a small lamp or candle lit to give a dim light during the night, especially in a child’s bedroom.

The nightlight is small but effective in providing a since of comfort and security in a dark place. The Lord spoke to me and said, that there are leaders in the earth who has the characteristics of the nightlight. Like the nightlight; these leaders can easily come unplugged from their power source and become shrouded in darkness themselves. The nightlight is turned off when a brighter light is shown and turned on when darkness comes, so in essence; it loves the darkness. Darkness showcases the nightlight’s dim light, and makes it seem more significant.
Nightlights do possess some power because they are plugged into a power source, but they only use a very small fraction of it. So their messages of light is very dim, shadowy and never giving the clear truth, that darkness is all around and that you are falling asleep in it. The message of the nightlight is only designed to persuade people who are in darkness to keep focusing on it and everything will be fine. But when a greater light is on, the nightlight becomes insignificant and often un-noticed. So leaders who have the “nightlight” mentality are often very intimidated by other leaders who possess greater prowess or anointing than themselves. But to become a great leader, one must first be a great follower of a great leader. Jesus chose twelve disciples to follow him so that he could teach them before sending them out to be teachers. By that example; it would be wise for anyone called into leadership to display humility and glean from leaders with more wisdom and knowledge than themselves...

It's Not God's Fault

Ezekiel 18:1-4, 25-32

The word of the LORD came to me: What do you mean by repeating this proverb concerning the land of Israel, “The parents have eaten sour grapes, and the children's teeth are set on edge”? As I live, says the Lord GOD, this proverb shall no more be used by you in Israel. Know that all lives are mine; the life of the parent as well as the life of the child is mine: it is only the person who sins that shall die.

Yet you say, “The way of the Lord is unfair.” Hear now, O house of Israel: Is my way unfair? Is it not your ways that are unfair? When the righteous turn away from their righteousness and commit iniquity, they shall die for it; for the iniquity that they have committed they shall die. Again, when the wicked turn away from the wickedness they have committed and do what is lawful and right, they shall save their life. Because they considered and turned away from all the transgressions that they had committed, they shall surely live; they shall not die. Yet the house of Israel says, “The way of the Lord is unfair.” O house of Israel, are my ways unfair? Is it not your ways that are unfair?

Therefore I will judge you, O house of Israel, all of you according to your ways, says the Lord GOD. Repent and turn from all your transgressions; otherwise iniquity will be your ruin. Cast away from you all the transgressions that you have committed against me, and get yourselves a new heart and a new spirit! Why will you die, O house of Israel? For I have no pleasure in the death of anyone, says the Lord GOD. Turn, then, and live.

The Best Insurance Plan Period!!!

Here's something that has been public knowlege for longer than any of us have been alive, but is yet often discarded when trouble comes. "But He was wounded for our transgressions(sins), he was bruised for our iniquities(sins): the chastisement of our peace was upon Him; and with His stripes we are healed!!!

In other Words: But he was wounded and crushed for our sins. He was beaten that we might have peace. He was whipped, and we were healed! But the Bible also say's that we are destroyed because of lack of knowlege so it is no wonder why so many people fall victim to their problems. So i'm here to both inform and remind you that you have an insurance plan that was paid for in full over 2000 years ago and it covers every problem weather it be afflictions, sickness, or sin; you have the power to conquer it becuase you have been bought with a great price and you are covered in The Blood of Christ! Having a problem and not taking it to Jesus, is like having the remedy in the med cabinet and not using it, which could result in undesired outcomes."Cast all your cares upon the Lord, for He careth for you"(1Peter 5:7). So let's stop giving power to an already defeated foe; rebuke the enemy and charge it to line up with The WORD of GOD!!! Thank you and may God Bless you all!!!
